Arizona State true freshman Seth Blair signed a pair of index cards and completed a questionnaire in just 8 days. The Sun Devils' right-handed pitcher was drafted out of high school but chose to attend ASU after being named the top prospect in the state of Illinois during his senior season.

Also signing were college hoops head coaches Tim Miles (Colorado State), John Shulman (Chattanooga), Bobby Cremins (College of Charleston), Derek Thomas (Western Illinois), and Tom Moore (Quinnipiac).
