A long wait for a "Little" success....

Kentucky running back/returner Rafael Little returned my autograph request sent to him about this time last summer care of the UK athletic department. In fact, at 355 days, the request just barely took under a year to receive. The First Team All-SEC selection from a season ago signed both index cards I had enclosed.

Quinn catching up on the mail...

Former Notre Dame QB Brady Quinn appears to be catching up on his autograph fan mail. The Cleveland Browns' draft pick returned a second request of mine today, less than three weeks after he returned another request I had sent. Unlike last time, however, Quinn did take time to complete the questionnaire, which can be viewed by visiting the message board.

Henne in the house...

Star Michigan quarterback Chad Henne signed and returned one index card care of his home mailing address. That request was sent just last week and took only 7 days.

Long time coming...

Hoops star Brandon Rush, a sophomore guard for Kansas this past season, has returned a request mailed way back in September of last year. Rush signed one index card care of the KU athletic department in 272 days.

Future Buckeye signs...

Glen Oak High School's Kosta Koufos has returned an autograph request sent back near the beginning of the year. The future Ohio State Buckeye big man signed both index cards care of his high school in 150 days.

Pair of big-time college successes...

Former Notre Dame quarterback Brady Quinn, taken 22nd overall by the Cleveland Browns in April's NFL Draft, signed and returned a pair of index cards care of his home address in only six days.

Meanwhile, UCLA's Josh Shipp returned a request sent way back at the beginning of the year. The Bruin forward also signed both index cards and returned them in 152 days care of the UCLA athletic department.

Freshman phenom responds...

North Carolina true freshman Dustin Ackley, currently hitting .429 on the year with 7 homeruns and 64 RBI, returned both index cards signed as well as the questionnaire in just sixteen days care of the UNC athletic department. You can view the questionnaire by visiting the message board.

Catching another success...

Tennessee catcher J.P. Arencibia, projected by some to be a first round pick in this month's MLB Draft, sent back a signed Team USA baseball card care of UT's athletic department. Arencibia did not return either of the two index cards I had enclosed. That request, sent last month, took just 13 days.
